As for the Ukrainians feature of character, first of them is kindness.  They are hospitable and friendly.  They have respect for elders, love children and take care of nature.

Ukrainian food is based on fresh or pickled fruit and vegetables, meat, mushrooms and herbs. They like to cook at home it means that, they practically don’t eat junk food.
